The artworkis owned and copyrighted by the artist.The license fee paid for use of graphics does not constitute ownership, as the copyrightsremain with the original owner. The license fee does, however,allow the purchaser of the license use of the graphics asfollows: "single application" is defined as one web site(whether commercial, educational, or organizational), or a singleindividual's own personal website(s). The licensee may alterthe licensed graphics to include site-specific information, suchas adding lettering to headers and/or buttons. The licensee maynot alter the licensed graphics aesthetically.
